Working with a bond originator could soften the impact of interest rate hikes. Interest rates may be on the rise but if you are thinking of buying a new home, working with a bond originator, who will negotiate with the banks to secure you a lower interest rate, will significantly reduce the amount you have to pay on your bond each month. "This saving on your interest rate, called a rate concession, will have a noticeable impact on your monthly bond repayments," says Carl Coetzee, CEO of BetterBond.

BetterBond will not only assist you with your application but will also help you secure the best possible deal!
